DHARMA & MINDFULNESS
I have been practicing Buddhist mindfulness for over 25 years. I have taught meditation for almost as many years in secular environments such as schools, treatment centers and universities. My focus now is on teaching the Dharma as described by the Buddha 2600 years ago, as well as how it has been interpreted by adherents to his teaching over the centuries. My teaching is heavily influenced by years of Zen training including a monastery stay of a year, and now rooted in the Insight tradition.
