Based on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness as well as the principles and practices outlined in the book Clinical Dharma by Dr. Dansiger, this retreat will help you improve your personal feeling of well-being, improve your skills and finesse as an EMDR practitioner, and help you toward working with EMDR Therapy as a complete mindfulness based psychotherapy, whether in an agency or private practice. Take this opportunity to engage more fully with the ideas and practices described in the MET(T)A Protocol and in the book EMDR Therapy and Mindfulness for Trauma Focused Care by Jamie Marich, PhD, LPCC and Stephen Dansiger, PsyD, LMFT.
